Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LinkGoo website and digital card platform ("Service"). By accessing or using LinkGoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This is an early-access template and not legal advice.

1. Accounts and access

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account or sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LinkGoo to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
  • Interfere with the security, stability, or performance of the Service

3. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you add to your cards. By using the Service, you grant LinkGoo a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

4. Plans, payments, and changes

During the early-access phase, certain features may be available for free. In the future, we may introduce paid plans and limits for cards, works, and advanced features. Any pricing changes or limitations will be communicated in advance, and you will have the choice to upgrade, remain on a free plan (if available), or discontinue use. Payments may be processed through trusted third-party providers (such as Paddle), and additional terms from those providers may apply.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

LinkGoo subscriptions (such as Starter, Pro, or Agency plans) are billed in advance for each billing period. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees that have already been charged for a past or current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • In rare cases (for example, technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, or duplicate/unauthorized charges), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request help, contact us at support@linkgoo.co.
  • If you signed up through a third-party payment provider, that provider's own refund rules may also apply in addition to this policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep LinkGoo available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkGoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, give additional notice.
