This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made through LinkGoo. LinkGoo uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record and payment provider, so some refunds may be processed directly by Paddle on our behalf.

1. Refund window

You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your first payment for a given subscription plan. This 14-day refund window applies regardless of the reason, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. What can be refunded

This refund window applies to first-time payments for LinkGoo paid plans (such as Starter, Pro or Agency) purchased through our website using Paddle. After the 14-day period, payments are generally non-refundable, unless a refund is required under applicable law or Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. Subscription renewals

Subscription renewals and subsequent billing periods are normally non-refundable. Please cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again. In some cases, refunds for renewals may be granted by us or by Paddle at our discretion or where required by law.

4. How to request a refund
